When I first heard about this movie I wasn't that excited. I enjoyed the Resident Evil movies featuring Mila Jovovich except the last one. So I wasn't thrilled about this new movie.
But when I saw the trailer I was pleasantly surprised, I got nostalgic. Purely because of the sets and locations I guess. It reminded me so much of the very first Resident Evil game. Even the creatures are some what similar.
Theses reasons have got me a bit excited about the movie now. I will definitely check it out. The cast is pretty good. The CGI doesn't look top notch but I think if the plot is enjoyable that can be ignored.
Hope this turns out right. Going in with minimum expectations and just to enjoy the time.
